shipping and delivery

This site caters only to the Australian market. International orders will NOT be accepted.

We ship all our orders sameday or next business day. All orders are sent Express with either StarTrack, Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Express Post.

Orders of multiple products may be delivered separately.

Your privacy is guaranteed as all items are bubble-wrapped and sent with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers in a plain discreet postal bag.  

sales taxes/gst

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.

returns

We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us.

As we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products or DVDs which do not meet your expectations, or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone. Everybody is different as is their pleasure preference.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. An “Exchange Service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. 

If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund or replacement. In the case of a replacement, the product will be sent only after the original is returned and assessed.

To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Our 3 Love Heart stores stock 100% genuine & quality products. This means NO COPIES and NO FAKES and no disappointment. No one wants cheaply made toys, including us! We stock the best of the best as well as affordable quality products. So next time when you are shopping with us in store do not be afraid to ask a Love Heart team member about our products we carry because everything is 100% GENUINE!

damaged or incorrect products

We will, upon your request, replace any product that is received in damaged condition, or as a result of a picking error. This does not include external packaging, only the product that is intended for use.

No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
